It seems I can't stand not having a project to work on, so now I have decided to build a stand up paddleboard (SUP) similar to the ones shown.   Every builder comes up with their own design for the deck and I haven't thought much about that as yet.

The wood parts kit arrived today:
I decided to build it on the back porch (screened in) because I don't want to give the garage up again, and the weather should be perfect during the time it will take me to finish building the paddleboard.

I ordered the wood-only kit since I have quite a bit of epoxy and thickeners left from previous projects, and I plan to use Duckworks DWX epoxy because it includes UV inhibitors so I don't have to protect it with paint or varnish.  I experimented with it on the teardrop trailer storage box and it goes on very smoothly, just about as smooth as I was able to varnish.
